RETURNS & REFUNDS
RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition.
HOW TO RETURN
- Contact our customer service team
- Receive a return authorization number
- Pack the item securely
- Attach the provided return label
- Our agent will pick up the item or you can drop it off at the designated shipping location.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 2 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items returned after 30 days
SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping is free for defective items. For all other returns, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
